REquipment coordinates a statewide durable medical equipment (DME) and assistive technology (AT) reuse program serving people in Massachusetts.

Equipment Availability and Requests
REquipment’s inventory changes as equipment is donated, prepared, requested, and redistributed.
Showing an item in the online inventory does not guarantee that it will remain available or that a particular request can be fulfilled.
Submitting an equipment request does not guarantee availability or create an obligation for REquipment to provide a particular item.
REquipment may need additional information before a request can be completed. Requests may also be affected by availability, program requirements, service area, or other operational factors.
Donating Equipment
Submitting an equipment donation form does not mean that REquipment has accepted the equipment.
Proposed donations may be reviewed based on the type and condition of the item, current program needs, and whether REquipment is able to accept and redistribute it.
REquipment may request photographs or additional information before making a decision. An item may also be declined after inspection if its condition differs from the information originally provided.
Donors must have the legal right to donate the equipment they offer.
Equipment Is Free; Some Service Fees May Apply
Equipment is free. Pickup, delivery, mailing, or service-related fees may apply in some situations and will be explained before they are confirmed.
A service fee is not a purchase price for the equipment.
Information You Submit
When you submit information through a REquipment form, you agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Please provide only information that is reasonably necessary for your request, donation, inquiry, or other interaction with REquipment.
Information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If you upload photographs, documents, or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to provide them to REquipment. REquipment may use those materials as reasonably necessary to review and respond to your submission or provide the requested service.
Submitting information through a website form does not give REquipment permission to use your name, image, story, or other personal information for promotional purposes unless separate permission has been obtained.
