Donate Equipment
REquipment accepts donations of gently used durable medical equipment and assistive technology for reuse in Massachusetts.
Before submitting a donation, make sure you own the equipment and have the right to donate it. Equipment is generally less than five years old, though older items may be considered. Hospital beds are not accepted, and photos are required for every item.
Equipment Donation Form
Tell us about the equipment you would like to donate. REquipment will review your information and confirm whether it can accept the items.
