Donate Equipment

REquipment accepts donations of gently used durable medical equipment and assistive technology for reuse in Massachusetts.

Before submitting a donation, make sure you own the equipment and have the right to donate it. Equipment is generally less than five years old, though older items may be considered. Hospital beds are not accepted, and photos are required for every item.

List each item separately. Include the equipment type, manufacturer or model if known, approximate age, and condition. Mention whether it works and any damage or missing parts.

Equipment photos

Photos are required before we can accept equipment. After submitting this form, email photos of each item to pics@dmereuse.org. Include the donation reference number shown in your confirmation.

Drop-off or pickup

Drop-off locations are available in Salem, Worcester, East Bridgewater, New Bedford, Amherst, and Pittsfield.

Wait for approval and a scheduled appointment before bringing equipment.

Pickup

Pickup can take two or more weeks to schedule. A $20 pickup option is available.

If you need pickup but cannot pay the fee, indicate this on the form. Collection depends on the equipment’s priority for REquipment’s inventory.
